Nigeria, in the early hours of the 12th of June, lost a serving
senator. The decesed Mr. Kuta, was a serving senator before his death.
The deceased Senator Dahiru Awaisu Kuta was the representative of the Niger East Senatorial District and a member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
The deceased who was the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Federal Character, will be laid to rest this afternoon according to the Islamic rites.
